Waste Management & Disposal Services

In conjunction with OMI Environmental Solutions (OMIES), EDL provides waste management services capable of managing and transporting waste from most miniature containers to bulk.

We are dedicated to offering the most cost-effective, compliant, and efficient method of waste management.

Disposal Collection

At ASL, we ensure that we collect representative samples of waste materials to be sent to accredited environmental laboratories for proper analysis, as the selected waste disposal facilities require.

The final resting place for the waste is determined based on the nature of the waste material, whether it is liquid or solid, hazardous or non-hazardous. We select the appropriate waste disposal facility for the specific waste stream.

Disposal Transportation

EDL transports waste to a designated facility preferred by the customer.

Mud Logging

In partnership with OEM, EDL supplies mudlogging units, equipment, and support services.

All our units are certified for Zone 1 operations.

Our computerized Logging units are skid mounted, with slit air–conditioners modified for Class 1 Div 2.

The unit is insulated and includes a work area, sinks, and chairs for loggers and the client's representative.

The computerized system is accompanied by mounted surface instruments/ computer (hardware) plus sets of programs (software) for enhanced real-time data acquisition and monitoring of drilling control parameters with data transfer and communication capabilities.

All EDL Services Mud logging Units have internal portable Hazardous Gas Detectors.

Well Head Maintenance

We offer comprehensive Wellhead maintenance services for all existing sections, including Casing Head, Casing Spool, and Tubing Head. The Process includes the below:

Preventive Maintenance( PM)
Corrective Maintenance ( CM)

Preventive Maintenance

Personnel and equipment callout for onshore and offshore locations
Physical inspection of the wellhead
Lubrication of valves and actuator
Injection of grease and sealant into Valve Body cavities

We do everything, including Inspection and work reports, Updating data, and Wellhead stack-up configuration.

Setting or Retrieving BPVs/TWCs
Thread Chaser for-Type BPVs' thread profile inside, etc
Side Door Lubricators ( RVPlug installation) for Annulus Valve change out ( subject to space availability )

Pipeline Maintenance

EDL specializes in pipeline supply, repairs, maintenance, and cathodic protection. We have extensive knowledge and equipment for any product and pipe material.

Our company offers a range of pipeline-pigging products and cleaning techniques to provide expert pipeline cleaning and maintenance solutions.

In addition to that, we employ the cathodic protection method to safeguard steel pipelines against corrosion.

This method utilizes a low electrical current to prevent the corrosion of metal structures, including pipelines, tanks, steel-pier piles, and offshore oil platforms.
